The WooHoo faculty is ready
to assist your company in implementing a successful culture change. This is
done in two parts. The first part of the process is consulting and
discovery and the second part is planning and intervention. The
planning and intervention phase is when the experiential training
programs take center stage.
In all programs, WooHoo
invests a great deal of time in the "discovery" process to pinpoint
your organizations specific needs. In this brainstorming session with your
key people (including the front line) we will discover your current culture
and assist you in building a plan for transition from there. We use this
technique in all of our programs.
Pricing:
Although each WooHoo program is
custom designed and priced, we do have requests for one day consulting
services. This process involves one of our faculty visiting your company and
spending time evaluating your culture to help you determine the next steps
you must take. Sometimes, we are just asked to speak at a function, such as
a dinner or luncheon. We are happy to do so! Since each session is
