In order to understand WooHoo, then you must first understand the two principles that form the foundation of the company.
Learning is a change in behavior.
WooHoo, Inc believes that there is no other way to define learning. In order to support our view, we incorporate the most advanced education principles in business learning in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. We believe that training without a change in behavior is about as useful as a parachute that opens on the first bounce!
People draw the majority of their self-esteem from their job.
We are not supporting that this is the right way to live, just stating the facts. In all our years of research and training, we have never found a more true principle. It is what got us started working with kids. All of our programs engage participants intellectually and emotionally.
